Device manager cpl

Today I tried to run device manager as admin to make some system changes. I can't. In past I could search for it in Start menu, right click and select Run As Admin. That option is gone. I checked, and the Run As Admin option is still avaiable for the "Run" dialog. So the option is not completely lost.
