There's no software to install once you create your account. All you have to do is change the DNS settings on your console. Here's how. For PlayStation 3: Go to Settings--> Network Settings; Select Internet Connection Settings and click Yes when the warning prompt appears; Choose Custom and scroll to the right to find DNS Settings PlayStation Network Support Go to Settings → Network → Set up Internet Connection → Wifi/LAN (whatever you use) → Custom, then go through all the settings until you reach DNS settings, & then select Manual. Change your DNS settings to Google's DNS; 8.8.8.8 for primary, and 8.8.4.4 for secondary.
