Oct 01, 2013 · My system is Windows 8 Pro upgraded from Windows 7 .!!!Here's some more information. I found my old VPN connection (the one I used prior to upgrading to Windows 8) in rasphone.pbk. I ran it and was able to get my VPN connection working. It showed up in the Network and Sharing center but not in the Charms bar. What's going on in Windows 8???
