Configuring Untangle to work with VLANs - Antimidas
What I would like to setup is 2 vlans. One for LAN based machines and one for wireless machines. The vlans will need to be created on the second RVS4000 router in router mode so I will need DHCP fixed. The Untangle UTM is a computer based firewall and will not pass vlan tags so the first RVS4000 will not work for setting up vlans.
There you want to see your untangle server's Primary IP Address and Netmask set for an address on your vlan 1 subnet. We also have an IP Address Alias setup for each vlan we use, NAT policies defined for each vlan network address and netmask, and routes for each vlan to send traffic for those vlans to the internal interface.
