Cannot access router

I checked cables, the lids are alright but when i try to access the router thru 192.168.1.1 that is the TL-WR740N standard, it simply dont access when i try thru the CD that came with it, it says that is a problem with DHCP.. im using windows Internet access is not a problem nor is file sharing with my girlfriend's laptop connected via Wifi. I doubt it's router-related because my girlfriend still has access (via Wifi) to the 2 NAS.
