Dec 04, 2013 · clients are using openVPN (TCP/IP)using a GUI in windows xp and I need to automate a process using a command openvpn.exe but I can't find the right parameters where I can use the users credentials I can see the options available when I type help but somehow I am not getting it in to the right order I wanted to share this single click method for those of you who use OpenVPN to connect a Remote Desktop session. I needed a way for my Sales guys to click once and it do everything for them so they don't have to start the VPN, then hopefully wait for it to connect well enough to see the network, then open their RDP session.
