Last week I had some internet issues, so contacted my ISP and they did some tinkering on their end, which fixed my internet issue, but ever since, I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when I try to use the web ui.
When running through stack trace, I found that it is throwing an exception saying no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. This is an handled exception. I can only see this in stacktrace.
